All orders ship via UPS Ground Shipping to the Continental U.S. & Canada. Should you want a package shipped via another carrier, or to a location other than the Continental U.S. & Canada, please contact us beforehand for a price quote and to see if we can accommodate your request. All items listed as in stock generally ship next business day.
Our shipping fees do not include any customs, brokerage, duties, taxes or tariff’s on shipments outside of the U.S.
Returns
Due to the hygienic nature of bidet seats, bidet attachments & travel bidets, we cannot accept returns of any unit that has been installed or used. Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Contact customer service if you wish to initiate a return.
