All orders ship by ground from one of three locations around the US depending on the destination location and where the product is in stock. This is FREE UPS Ground Shipping to the Continental U.S. & Canada. Should you want a package shipped via another carrier, or to a location other than the Continental U.S. & Canada, please contact us beforehand for a price quote, and to see if we can accommodate your request.

Our shipping fees do not include any customs, brokerage, duties, taxes or tariff’s on shipments outside of the U.S.
Returns
Due to the hygienic nature of bidet seats, bidet attachments, shower bidets & travel bidets, we cannot accept any unit that has been installed or used. If there are any questions about the product or its use, please contact us before purchasing.
- Any product that is returned must be in brand new sellable condition.
- The outer cartons will have to be replaced as well as any parts packages that have been opened.
- These units will scratch very easily and care must be taken to wrap the units in their original condition before returning.
- The cost of new cartons (up to $20.00) and any damaged or missing parts bags, manuals, etc. will be deducted from any credit.
- In addition, we will not refund shipping in either direction or any credit card processing fees.
Note: Returns must be fully insured & sent via UPS or FedEx Prepaid.
