In 1990 Hygiene for Health® and Matsushita Electric Works of Japan began marketing Personal Hygiene Systems in North America setting up over 100 Authorized Dealers. In 2005, after a 15 year relationship Matsushita underwent some internal reorganizing and decided to discontinue supplying their current model Personal Hygiene Systems to this market. This includes NAiS models CH785, CH6301, CH631, CH622 and Panasonic models DLV52 and DLV53.
Matsushita and Hygiene For Health® continue to support the units we have distributed throughout North America with parts and service. Hygiene for Health® has agreed to supply parts and provide warranty and out-of-warranty service for all of their latest models, until the parts supplies are exhausted.
Matsushita has changed the NAiS and National names to Panasonic and continues to be a global leader in the Bidet Seat industry, making many new and exciting models. Hygiene For Health® is currently in discussions with Panasonic in hopes of introducing new models into our market.
If you need parts or service please contact us. If it is time to replace these older seats, we suggest the Infinity Bidet models as they are very similar (in design, function and reliability) to the discontinued NAiS and Panasonic Personal Hygiene Systems.
